How do I make a booking?
All you need to do is complete the online request form or call us directly on +49 (0) 30 37300930. We will respond to you straight away via you choice of email, phone or fax.

How do I pay?
You can pay either by electronic bank transfer in advance of your arrival, or by cash on collection of the keys when you arrive in Berlin.
In addition, we accept payment via Paypal (and with Paypal credit cards).
Unfortunately we are not able to accept payment via other credit cards.

Breakfast?
We don't offer breakfast ourselves, but the kitchen in the apartment is fully-equipped for self-catering, and includes a coffee machine, smoothie blender and juicer.

Check-in?
Check-in is possible from 1pm onwards on the day of arrival.
We kindly request that you vacate the apartment by 11am on your day of departure.

Bed linen and towels?
We provide high-quality bed linen and towels for use during your stay in the apartment. If you need more of anything, please let us know - we would be happy to bring it to you, free of charge, of course.

Pets?
Sorry, no pets are allowed in the apartment.

Smoking?
Sorry, the apartment is strictly non-smoking.
